NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 16, 2024 (the Bondholder s Put Option Date ), the Issuer has repurchased an aggregate principal amount of US$161 million of the Bonds pursuant to the exercise by Bondholders of their put option under Sections 12.06 and 12.10 of the Indenture dated January 14, 2021 (the Indenture ), representing approximately 32.2% of the aggregate principal amount of the Bonds issued.
The outstanding amount of the Bonds after the Bondholder s Put Option Date is US$13 million.
Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein have the meanings given to them in the Indenture.
