Keppel DC REIT Management Pte. Ltd., as manager of Keppel DC REIT, wishes to announce that, with effect from 13 January 2021, Keppel DC REIT MTN Pte. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Keppel DC REIT and the issuer of the Programme, has increased the limit of the Programme from S$500 million to S$2 billion. Perpetual securities have also been added as a security which may be issued under the Programme and the trustee of Keppel DC REIT, Perpetual (Asia) Limited (in its capacity as trustee of Keppel DC REIT) has been added as an issuer under the Programme in respect of the perpetual securities which may be issued under the Programme.
