Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below): This is a further update with reference to our intimations dated June 29, 2018 and May 27, 2019.

We wish to inform that the management has decided in favour of proceeding with the draft Scheme for Arrangement with the Shareholders of the Company after having reconsidered all the relevant factors relating thereto in the interests of the Company. The draft Scheme has been filed again with the Stock Exchanges on December 10, 2019 after carrying out limited factual updations with respect to Company information that was necessitated due to elapse of time.

Apart from updating the factual details in the Scheme, all other material provisions of the Scheme, as approved by the Board of Directors on June 29, 2018, remain unchanged.

The factually updated draft Scheme is available on the website of the Company.
