(i) Adjustment Event: Distribution of cash dividend and stock dividend
(ii) Conversion Price Before Adjustment: NT$97.01
(iii) Conversion Price After Adjustment: NT$85.26
(iv) Effective Date: September 15, 2026 (immediately after the close of business)

All capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meanings set forth in the Indenture unless otherwise defined herein.
