Welspun Corp Limited announces the change of the depository bank administering the Company's Global Depository Receipts program.

The currently appointed depository bank for the Company's GDR program is JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. The Company has agreed to appoint Bank of New York Mellon as the new depository from December 9, 2016.
