A supplemental trust deed and an amended and restated pricing supplement for the Notes were executed by the Issuer, CMIG International Capital Limited, the Keepwell Provider and the Trustee on 17 September 2020. The Maturity Date of the Notes has been extended for a period of one year from 2 August 2020 to 2 August 2021. On 28 September 2020, the Issuer will pay all accrued and unpaid interest due on the Notes as of 2 August 2020 in accordance with the terms of the Consent Solicitation Memorandum.
