The Board of Directors of IOI Corporation Berhad ("IOIC") wishes to announce that, as part of the Internal Restructuring and in connection with the Proposed Disposal of 70.0% of IOIC's equity interest held in Loders Croklaan Group B.V. ("Loders"), the Company had on 25 January 2018, entered into a share acquisition agreement with Loders to transfer 100% of the Company's equity interest held in IOI Edible Oils (HK) Limited ("IEO HK") to Loders, free from any encumbrances and together with all rights and benefits attaching thereto, in exchange for USD72.70 million ("Disposal of IEO, HK").

The detailed announcement on the Disposal of IEO, HK are set out in the attachement.
