The Obligor hereby announces that following the passing of the Extraordinary Resolution at the Meeting, the payment of relevant Consent Fee to eligible Sukukholders and the Periodic Distribution Amount, and the execution of the Transaction Documents, on 12 June 2020 the Settlement Conditions have been satisfied. Accordingly, the proposed Consent Solicitation and the amended Transaction Documents have become effective and binding.
