The 7.6% Senior Notes in an aggregate principal amount of US$150,000,000 due 2021 (ISIN: XS1899018284, common code: 189901828) (the December 2018 Notes ) issued by Excellence Commercial Properties Co., Ltd. are listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (the SGX-ST).

On December 10, 2020, the Company repurchased a total principal amount of US$45,000,000 of the December 2018 Notes in accordance with the terms and conditions of the December 2018 Notes, representing 30.0% of the original issue size of the December 2018 Notes.

On December 23, 2020, cancellation of the repurchased December 2018 Notes was completed by the Company. After cancellation of the above repurchased December 2018 Notes, the principal amount of the December 2018 Notes that remains outstanding is US$105,000,000.
