UOL Group Limited ("UOL") wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, UOL Treasury Services Pte. Ltd. ("UTS"), has today priced S$400,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of 2.33 per cent. notes due 2028 (the "Notes"). The Notes are to be issued as the fourth series of notes under the S$2,000,000,000 Multicurrency Medium Term Note Programme established by UTS, and will be unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by UOL.
