Trikomsel Pte. Ltd. (In Compulsory Liquidation) ( the Issuer ) refers to its court hearing held this morning at 10:00AM on 11 September 2018 before the Honourable Justice Chua Lee Ming who declared that the Funding Agreement did not offend the common law on maintenance and champerty.

The ruling by the Singapore High Court will allow the Liquidators to proceed with investigations into the affairs of the Issuer and, where appropriate, commence actions on behalf of the Issuer.
