We hereby wish to inform you that the Capital Raising Committee of the Board of YES Bank on September 17, 2018, has approved the issue and allotment of 30,420 Rated, Listed, Non-Convertible, Redeemable, Unsecured, BASEL III compliant Tier 2 Bonds, in the nature of debentures, of Rs. 10,00,000 each aggregating to Rs. 3,042 Crore (Rupees Three Thousand Forty Two Crore only), on private placement basis.
