In accordance with Listing Rule 4.5 of the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), Leighton Holdings Limited, parent company of Leighton Finance (USA) Pty Ltd, has released its 2013 Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2013.

We advise that in accordance with the relief from dual lodgement of financial statements provided under the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) Regulatory Guide 28 and ASIC Class Order 98/104, the Company will not be lodging this report with ASIC.
