October 19, 2026. Reference is made to the Original Issuer's announcement dated October 6, 2026 regarding the consent solicitations for its USD 500,000,000 4.875% Guaranteed Senior Unsecured Green Notes due 2027 (ISIN: XS2747557416) and USD 1,000,000,000 4.250% Guaranteed Senior Unsecured Green Notes due 2029 (ISIN: XS3273749823), each unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Kookmin Bank. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the meanings given in the Consent Solicitation Memorandum dated October 6, 2026.

As of 4.00 p.m. (British Summer Time) on October 16, 2026, valid Consent Instructions and Ineligible Noteholder Instructions in favor of the Extraordinary Resolutions represented more than two-thirds of the outstanding principal amount of each Series. Accordingly, the quorum required for and the requisite majority of votes cast at both Meetings for the respective Extraordinary Resolutions will be met, and the Extraordinary Resolutions which are the subject of the Meetings will successfully be passed.

Noteholders may continue to submit Consent Instructions and Ineligible Noteholder Instructions up to the Voting Deadline, being 4.00 p.m. (British Summer Time) on October 23, 2026. Consent Instructions or Ineligible Noteholder Instructions submitted after the applicable October 16 deadline will not qualify for the Consent Fee or Ineligible Noteholder Payment, and no vote will be case at the Meeting for the relevant Consent Instruction or Ineligible Noteholder Instruction received after the Voting Deadline.
