| Narrative version | Further to the announcement dated 9 May 2018 titled "Notice of: (I) Preferential Offering Books Closure Date; and (II) Advanced Distribution Books Closure Date", Frasers Logistics & Industrial Trust ("FLT") shall be paying out on 7 August 2018, the actual advanced distribution for the period from 1 April 2018 to 20 May 2018 of 1.01 Singapore cents per unit in FLT ("Unit") in issue on 18 May 2018. Unitholders of FLT with Units in their securities account as at 5.00pm on 18 May 2018 will be entitled to the advanced distribution. |
| Narrative version | The advanced distribution comprises wholly of a capital component of 1.01 Singapore cents per Unit ("Capital Distribution"). Please see attached announcement for more information. |
| Taxation Conditions | The Capital Distribution represents a return of capital to unitholders for Singapore income tax purposes. The amount of the Capital Distribution will be applied to reduce the cost base of unitholders' Units for Singapore income tax purposes. |
