The Board of Directors of the Bank of the Philippine Islands at its meeting held on 18 August 2021 approved/noted the following: (1) Resignation of Ms. Rebecca G. Fernando from the Board of BPI; and (2) Election of Atty. Ren G. Ba ez as Director subject to the confirmation/approval of the Monetary Board of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas. The Board also noted Atty. Ba ez appointment as member of the Executive Committee, Related Party Transaction Committee and Retirement and Pension Committee.
