JAKARTA, Indonesia, August 4, 2021 Reference is made to the announcements of PT ABM Investama Tbk (the Company ) dated July 21, 2021 and July 30, 2021 in relation to its offer to purchase (the Offer ) for cash its 7.125% Senior Notes due 2022 (Rule 144A - ISIN: US69379AAA34, CUSIP: 69379AAA3, Common Code: 165508831; Regulation S - ISIN: USY708CHAA88, CUSIP: Y708CHAA8, Common Code: 165508718) (the Notes ). The Offer is made available to all holders of the Notes, on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in a tender offer memorandum dated as of July 21, 2021, as amended by the press release dated July 30, 2021 and this press release (the Tender Offer Memorandum ). As of July 21, 2021, the aggregate principal amount of the Notes outstanding was US$350.0 million.
