The Offer is made available to all holders of the Notes, on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in a tender offer memorandum dated as of July 21, 2021, as amended by this press release (the Tender Offer Memorandum ). The Company hereby announces that it has updated the terms of the Offer. The Company s updates relate to: (i) the pricing terms of its offer of U.S. dollar denominated Senior Notes due 2026 (the New Notes ), (ii) the confirmation of the Tender Cap (as defined in the Tender Offer Memorandum), and (iii) the extension of the Early Settlement Date (as defined below) from the previous date of August 6, 2021 to August 9, 2021.
