The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) today announced that it has commenced proceedings against Pacific National and Aurizon in relation to Pacific National's proposed acquisitions of Aurizon's Acacia Ridge Terminal and Queensland Intermodal Business. Pacific National refutes the allegations and will be vigorously defending the proceedings commenced by the ACCC.
