The Issuer has completed a partial repurchase of the 8.500% Senior Secured Notes due 2027 ("the 2027 Notes") and as of 29 September 2023, has cancelled the 2027 Notes in an aggregate nominal amount as more particularly described in the attached announcement. The outstanding nominal amount of the 2027 Notes after such cancellation is as more particularly described in the attached announcement.
