Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below): Copies of the (a) the New Residential Property Management Services Framework Agreement; and (b) the Written Consent of Expert has be published on the Company's website (www.kwggroupholdings.com) and HKEXnews website (www.hkexnews.hk) from 21 December 2022 (i.e. the date of the circular of the Company dated 21 December 2022) to and including the date of the extraordinary general meeting to be held on 13 January 2023 pursuant to the listing rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Listing Rules"). After the expiry of the display period prescribed by the Listing Rules, the attached documents will be removed from the website.

Reason(s) for Withdrawal: The Listing Rules required to display the documents on the websites of HKEXnews from 21Dec22 to 13Jan23. Since the withdrawal function is available for a period of 14 days, we will publish the same documents again in order to extent the withdrawal function until Jan 23.
