We hereby inform you that Macrotech Developers Limited ( Parent Guarantor ) is proposing, subject to market conditions and other considerations, to make an Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) of its equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each ( Equity Shares ) comprising a fresh issue of Equity Shares aggregating up to Rs 40,000 million, in accordance with the Indian Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made thereunder ( Companies Act ), the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, as amended ( SEBI ICDR Regulations ) and other applicable law (the Issue ). In connection with the Issue, the Company has filed a Preliminary Placement Document with BSE Ltd, National Stock Exchange Limited and also uploaded the same on its website on November 15, 2021 ( PPD ).
