The Board of Directors of Sinarmas Land Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce as follows:

(1) Releases by PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk ("BSDE")

BSDE, a subsidiary of the Company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, has released the following disclosures ("BSDE Disclosures"):

(i) Affiliate Transactions and Information Disclosure or Material Facts Reporting of BSDE; and

(ii) Disclosure of Material Information or Facts of BSDE relating to the Launch of tender offer to repurchase up to all of outstanding U.S. dollar senior notes due 2021, and the intention to commence an offering of new U.S. dollar senior notes through Global Prime Capital Pte. Ltd. ("GPC"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of BSDE.

Copies of the BSDE Disclosures in Bahasa Indonesia and the unofficial English translations are attached.

(2) Announcement by GPC

GPC has released an announcement on Offer to Purchase for Cash Any and All of Its Outstanding 7.25% Senior Notes Due 2021 (ISIN XS1791728790) Unconditionally and Irrevocably Guaranteed by BSDE, as per attached.
