The Company hereby announces that on 7 March 2023, the Company completed the cancellation of US$58,273,000 (ISIN: US69370NAB29 / USY7133MAC39) in aggregate principal amount of the Notes (the Repurchased Notes ), representing approximately 5.30% of the aggregate principal amount of the Notes outstanding before the cancellation. After cancellation of the Repurchased Notes, US$1,041,727,000 in aggregate principal amount of the Notes remain outstanding.

Pursuant to Rule 324 of the SGX Mainboard Listing Rulebook, the Company will make further announcements for every 5% interval of initial aggregate principal amount of the Notes redeemed and/or cancelled in accordance with their terms and conditions.
