Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below): We refer to the above bond issue and to the Company's announcement dated May 13, 2026 regarding the Closed Period and the distribution of the Cash Dividend.
Pursuant to Section 13.06 of the Indenture dated November 24, 2025, between the Company and Citicorp International Limited, as Trustee (the "Indenture"), the Company hereby notifies you of the adjustment to the Conversion Price resulting from the distribution of the 2025 cash dividend of NT$7.8 per common share. The information is as follows:

3. Conversion Price After Adjustment: NT$176.35
