NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, by an order dated December 8, 2022 (the Scheme Convening Order), the English Court has directed that the Scheme Meeting may be convened for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, approving (with or without modification) the English Scheme.

The Scheme Meeting will be held at the offices of Sidley Austin, at 39/F, Two International Finance Centre, Central, Hong Kong (the Sidley Austin Hong Kong Office ) with any adjournment as may be appropriate, at 10:00 a.m. UK time on January 12, 2023, the equivalent time being 6:00 p.m. Hong Kong time on January 12, 2023, with a live video conference link to the offices of Sidley Austin LLP, 70 St Mary Axe, London, EC3A 8BE, UK (the Sidley Austin London Office)
