Further to the announcements dated 31 August 2026 and 14 September 2026, please see attached an announcement on the issue of S$40,000,000 3.50 per cent. fixed rate notes due 2037 (comprising S$1,750,000 in aggregate principal amount of Additional Notes issued pursuant to the New Issue and S$38,250,000 in aggregate principal amount of New Notes issued pursuant to the Invitation) comprised in Series 007, issued by Frasers Property Treasury Pte. Ltd. under its S$5,000,000,000 Multicurrency Debt Issuance Programme established on 16 January 2017 and guaranteed by Frasers Property Limited.
