Detailed reason(s) for cessation
Ms Eu Chin Fen will step down as the Chief Executive Officer, Frasers Hospitality ("FH"), to pursue personal interests. She will relinquish all other management duties she holds within Frasers Property Limited (the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group"), effective 1 January 2027.

With recent strategic FH milestones successfully delivered, Ms Eu has decided to transition her leadership responsibilities to pursue personal interests.

Mr Chew Hang Song will continue as the Chief Operating Officer of FH and lead the Group's lodging business, including to drive the global brand stewardship for this sector, reporting to the Group Chief Executive Officer.

Mr Eric Gan, currently the Chief Financial Officer of FH, will as Managing Director, Group Investment, lead the Group's Hospitality Investment & Asset Management under Group Investment, reporting to the Group Chief Operating Officer.

Ms Eu will support the transition process over the next few months.
