The Offer was completed on July 31, 2020. The final aggregate principal amount of the Notes accepted for purchase pursuant to the Offer was US$47,750,000 (the Accepted Notes), representing approximately 19.62% of the total aggregate principal amount of the outstanding Notes. The aggregate amount paid by the Company and the Parent Guarantor to holders of the Accepted Notes for repurchase of the Accepted Notes is approximately US$48,724,895.82 (which includes the Accrued Interest Payment).
The Accepted Notes have been cancelled. As of the date of this announcement, the aggregate principal amount of the Notes which remains outstanding is US$195,650,000.
