BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS, 6 December 2018 --- Zhongrong International Bond 2016 Limited (Zhongrong International Bond 2016 Limited, Director: Zhang Xianghui) announces that it has purchased USD63,500,000 of the Notes on 6 December 2018 pursuant to Condition 5(e) of the Terms and Conditions of the Notes.

Following the purchase, the Issuer will cancel 12.7 per cent. of the Notes (calculated based on U.S.$500,000,000, being the principal amount at the time of initial listing) pursuant to Condition 5(f) of the Terms and Conditions of the Notes.
