The Company Petition for sanctioning the Scheme of Arrangement amongst ICICI Bank Limited (hereinafter referred to as Petitioner Company or the Holding Company,as the context may admit) and ICICI Securities Limited and their respective shareholders (Scheme) was presented by the Petitioner Company/Holding Company on April 2, 2024 before the Honble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench ( Honble Tribunal ). By an order dated April 18, 2024, the Honble Tribunal has fixed the hearing of the said Company Petition on June 6, 2024.
