The Issuer and the Company hereby inform the Noteholders that the Issuer paid the Fifth Mandatory Partial Redemption Amount on 8 July 2022. Upon payment of the Fifth Mandatory Partial Redemption Amount, the Trustee shall cancel U.S.$80,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of Notes and reduce the total aggregate principal amount of the Notes to U.S.$80,000,000.
