As per the Share Purchase Agreement (the SPA) entered on September 23, 2025, between Clean Energy Investing Limited (CEIL) and Continuum Energy Pte Ltd (CEPL), CEIL has agreed to sell to CEPL its entire 26% shareholding in the Continuum Green Energy Holdings Ltd (CGEHL) and at closing of the said transaction, CEPL will become the 100% shareholder of CGEHL. The completion of this transaction is subject to the satisfaction of various conditions precedent outlined in the SPA.
