The Board of Directors of IOI Corporation Berhad ("IOIC") wishes to announce that, as part of the Internal Restructuring in relation to the Proposed Disposal of 70.0% of IOIC s equity interest held in Loders Croklaan Group B.V. ( Loders ), the Company had on 19 January 2018, entered into a share acquisition agreement with Loders to dispose 100% of the Company s equity interest in IOI Lipid Enzymtec Sdn Bhd ("IOILE") to Loders, free from any encumbrances and together with all rights and benefits attaching thereto, for RM330.50 million ("Disposal of IOILE").

The detailed announcement on the Disposal of IOILE are set out in the attachment.
