We hereby inform you that Macrotech Developers Limited ( Parent Guarantor ) is proposing, subject to requisite approvals, market conditions and other considerations, to make an initial public offer of its equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ( Equity Shares ) comprising a fresh issue of Equity Shares aggregating up to Rs. 25,000 million, in accordance with the Indian Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made thereunder ( Companies Act ), the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, as amended ( SEBI ICDR Regulations ) and other applicable law (the Offer ). In connection with the Offer, the Company has filed a draft red herring prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India ( SEBI ) on February 16, 2021 ( DRHP ).
