The Board of Directors of Sinarmas Land Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk ("BSDE"), a subsidiary of the Company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, has released a "Disclosure of Material Information or Facts of BSDE" relating to the launching of the proposed issuance of senior notes up to US$50,000,000 with interest coupon 7.25% due on 2021, by Global Prime Capital Pte. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of BSDE (the "Disclosure").

A copy of the Disclosure in Bahasa Indonesia and its unofficial English translation is attached.
