In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Exchangeable Bonds, an adjustment has been made to the Exchange Price on the date after the record date for the payment of the interim dividend of Shandong Weigao Group Medical Polymer Company Limited for the six months ended 30 June 2020. The Exchange Price has been adjusted to HK$11.30 per Share effective from 23 October 2020.
