We refer to the above bond issue. Pursuant to Section 13.01 of the Indenture dated November 24, 2025, between the Company and Citicorp International Limited, as Trustee (the "Indenture"), the Company hereby notifies you that, in connection with the distribution of the 2025 cash dividend, the Bonds may not be converted during the Closed Period from May 20, 2026 to June 14, 2026 (both dates inclusive). The Conversion Price will be adjusted downward in accordance with Section 13.05(g) of the Indenture, and the Company will make a separate announcement of the adjusted Conversion Price in due course.
