Indo Energy Finance II B.V. (the Company), a wholly owned subsidiary of PT Indika Energy Tbk, announced on July 17, 2019 that, pursuant to Section 3.02 (Optional Redemption) of the indenture dated January 24, 2013 (as amended or supplemented from time to time, the Indenture), among the Company, the Guarantors and Citicorp International Limited, as trustee, the Company will redeem US$215,000,000 of the outstanding aggregate principal amount of its 6.375% Senior Notes Due 2023 on August 16, 2019 (the Redemption Date) at a redemption price equal to 102.125% of the principal amount thereof, plus accrued and unpaid interest up to the Redemption Date.
