As announced on 6 April 2020, Penguin International Limited (the Company) will be deferring its Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended 31 December 2019 (the AGM) to a date no later than 29 June 2020. This is to provide time to put in place alternative arrangements necessitated by Government directives and legislative changes. Accordingly, unlike in previous years, the attached Annual Report 2019 does not contain the AGM Notice. The Company will be releasing a formal notice convening the AGM at a later date. Please refer to future announcement(s) of the Company via SGXNet.
