In his role as Chief Financial Officer, Mr Teo Teck Sing's (Mr Teo) scope of work has also involved financial oversight of the Group's operations. Following the departure of the former Chief Operating Officer (COO), he has developed deep familiarity with the Group's various business segments. As part of the succession planning, Management has proposed redesignating Mr Teo as the COO, leveraging his extensive expertise and operational experience. Concurrently, the Group Financial Controller will be promoted to Chief Financial Officer. In line with his new appointment, Mr Teo will resign as joint company secretary. His continued presence in the Group ensures a smooth transition and handover to the newly appointed CFO.

The Nominating Committee (NC) and Board of Directors, in considering Mr Teo's years of experience in the Group and familiarity with its operations, have considered that Mr Teo has the necessary qualifications and experience to be re-designated as COO. The Board, having considered and approved the recommendation of the NC and Mr Teo's experience, approved the re-designation of Mr Teo as COO of the Company.
