The Board of Directors ("Board") of Centurion Corporation Limited (the "Company") refers to the article titled "Unflattering glare on workers' dorm a test of firms' ESG commitment" published in Hock Lock Siew column of The Business Times, Singapore ("BT") on 26 October 2021 (the "Article"). In response to the Article, the Company had contacted BT to make its clarification. Please refer to Appendix 1 to this announcement for the Company's clarification in relation to the Article (which had been published on BT's print paper and BT's website today, 29 October 2021).
