a) Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2024 ("Annual Report 2024")

c) Notification and Request Form, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Proxy Form.

In line with TrickleStar's sustainability drive, the Company will not be despatching printed copies of the Annual Report 2024 and the Letter to shareholders.
