New Name of CompanyThe name of the real estate investment trust will be changed from "Keppel Pacific Oak US REIT" to "KORE US REIT" with effect from 5 February 2026. The name of the manager will be changed from "Keppel Pacific Oak US REIT Management Pte. Ltd." to "KORE US REIT Management Pte. Ltd." with effect from 5 February 2026.
Additional TextAccordingly, the new security name "KORE US REIT" and the new trading name "KOREReitUSD" will be reflected on Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited with effect from 5 February 2026. The counter code CMOU will remain unchanged.
