The Company has commenced a consent solicitation process to solicit consents from the holders of the Bonds (the "Bondholders") by way of an extraordinary resolution of the Bondholders to approve certain modifications to Condition 6(d)(i) (Redemption at the option of the Issuer) of the Conditions, such that the Bonds may be redeemed at the option of the Issuer in whole, but not in part only, on any date following the third anniversary of the Issue Date but prior to the Maturity Date, at a purchase price equal to 101.375 per cent. of their principal amount (together with interest accrued to, but excluding, the date fixed for redemption) by giving not less than five nor more than 30 days' notice to the Bondholders, CGIF, the Trustee and the Paying Agent in accordance with the Conditions.
