The Third Supplemental Trust Deed and the Third Amended and Restated Pricing Supplement for the Notes were executed by the Issuer, CMIG International Capital Limited, the Keepwell Provider and the Trustee, as applicable, on 27 August 2020. The Maturity Date of the Notes has been extended for a period of two years from 2 August 2021 to 2 August 2023. On 3 September 2021, the Issuer will pay all accrued and unpaid interest due on the Notes as of 2 August 2021 and the Fourth Mandatory Partial Redemption Amount (being an amount equal to US$150,000,000 in principal amount of the Notes together with all interest accrued but unpaid on the Notes being redeemed on the Fourth Mandatory Partial Redemption Date from 2 August 2021 up to but excluding the Fourth Mandatory Partial Redemption Date) in accordance with the terms of the revised trust deed.
