Koyo International Limited (the Company and together with its subsidiaries, the Group) wishes to announce that pursuant to a group restructuring exercise, 100% equity interest in AVSC Technologies Pte. Ltd. (AVSC) has been transferred from the Company s indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Koyo M&E Pte. Ltd. to the Company on 30 December 2014 (the Group Restructuring). Pursuant to the completion of the Group Restructuring, AVSC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
