The Issuer wishes to announce that in accordance with Condition 5 (Redemption and Purchase) of the terms and conditions of the Notes, the Issuer has purchased an aggregate principal amount of 124,410,000 USD of the Notes (the Purchased Notes ). The Purchased Notes have been cancelled and delisted from the Official List of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited on 13 April 2022 (the Purchase and Cancellation of Notes ).
