The Company has completed the redemption of all of the outstanding Notes, in an aggregate principal amount of US$97,790,000, on the Redemption Date at a redemption price of 102.09375% of the principal amount thereof, being US$99,837,478.13, plus accrued and unpaid interest of US$4,095,445.20 to the Redemption Date. The total redemption price paid by the Company on the Redemption Date is US$103,932,923.33.
