Reference is made to the announcements of the Company dated 19 May 2020, 20 May
2020 and 28 May 2020 (the Announcements ) in relation to the Offer. Capitalized
terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings ascribed to them in
the Announcements.
The Offer was completed on 1 June 2020. The 2020 Notes repurchased pursuant to
the Offer have been cancelled.
As of the date of this announcement, after cancellation of the 2020 Notes
repurchased pursuant to the Offer, the aggregate principal amount of the 2020 Notes
which remains outstanding is US$190,399,000.
